VPN Setup on Android TV
Purchase an Outline key in the ADD VPN bot and copy the key 🔑 (starts with ss://) provided to you by the bot in the chat by tapping the message once.
2.Download the required app on your phone:
For iPhone – download FoXray
For Android phones – download V2rayNG
3.Open the downloaded app:
On Android – tap the + in the top right, then select “Import profile from clipboard”.
On iPhone – tap the 📋 icon (first on the right, under the “Not Set” label).
If the key appears, everything is correct. If not, go back to step 1.
4. Download the VPN app for your TV using this link:

❗️Click “Download” on Yandex Disk, then log in to your Yandex account or create one using your phone number.
5. Install the app on your TV:
File Manager+
Download and open the app File Manager+
Tap Next, then tap Next again (a permissions window will appear).
Scroll down and select Permissions, then Files and Media, and choose Allow in any mode (some may see “Allow all file access”), then tap Allow.
In the app, go to the Cloud tab, then tap +Add Cloud Service.
Select Yandex Disk, log in to the account where you downloaded the VPN file in step 4.
Access your Yandex Disk account, go to the Downloads folder and tap the “V2rayNG…” file to install it.
- A window will pop up, tap Settings, then select File Manager, and go back.
❗️If the app crashes, just reopen File Manager. - Go back to Cloud, select Yandex Disk, open the Downloads folder, install V2rayNG…, then open it.
V2rayNG app should now be open on your TV.
- Tap the + in the top right corner, then select “Manual Shadowsocks Entry”.
- Scroll up and under Description, type “VPN”.
Now you need to fill in the remaining fields: Address, Port, Password, and Security.
But where do you get this info? Move to the next step 👇🏻
8. On your phone, open the app from Step 2, where you added your VPN key earlier (Step 3).
Your key details will appear.
Tap on the key (❗️not the ▶️ icon — tap the center of the entry).
9. On your TV, fill in the Address, Port, and Password exactly as shown on your phone.
- In the Security field, select chacha20-poly1305
Then tap the ✔️ checkmark in the top right.
The key has been added — great!
Tap ▶️ in the bottom right, then confirm with OK.
VPN is now active — enjoy your secure browsing!
